- Raising an order for an unknown value to cover the repair (most Purchasing Departments want either a fixed value for an order, or a quotation before raising an order).
- Not knowing how long you will be without that vital piece of equipment.
- Controlling your maintenance costs.
A further dilemma that we face at DataScan are products that are critical to your process that we’ve repaired and turned around quickly which then sit on our despatch shelves awaiting a purchase order. Frustrating.

- You’ll always know how much it costs as there’s just one annual fee. This allows you to control costs and stay within your maintenance budget.
- All parts and labour are included.
Scan-Care+ can be taken out at any time. Obviously the best time is when the equipment is first purchased, meaning that you are covered from the day you receive your equipment. However, due to its structured pricing policy, products can be covered from today, tomorrow or whenever you choose.
