Datalogic Authorised Repair Centre

When it comes to working efficiently, there is no more time for downtime. If a product breaks-down, the problem can have a wide reaching effect, and result in a loss in productivity, a loss in possible turnover or a loss of customer satisfaction.

DataScan are one of only 5 Authorised Repair Centres in the UK, and only one of two who are authorised to repair Datalogic’s complete range of products.

In recognition of its repair and service work, DataScan’s Service and Technical support Department has been awarded “Authorised Repair Centre” status by Datalogic. The award comes after considerable investment into DataScan’s service department. All DataScan engineers have undergone extensive training.

At DataScan we are able to repair any of Datalogic’s Hand Held Bar Code Readers, Mobile Computers and Unattended Scanning Systems, regardless of where they have originally been purchased.

As part of the Authorised Repair Centre status our engineers and service to our customers have to meet certain conditions as part of our commitment to the program.
