Scan-Care Extended Warranty

If you would simply like to extend the warranty of your products purchased from DataScan Systems, the Scan-Care Extended Warranty option is for you. We able to repair the majority of items in-house at our repair centre and is backed up by the manufacturer.

The Scan-Care Extended Warranty option MUST be taken out at the time of purchase, the options available are as follows:

• Hand Held Readers – Light/Office - extends the warranty from 2 to 5 years for office hand held readers.

• Hand Held Readers - Industrial - extends the warranty from 2 to 5 years for industrial hand held readers. 
• Portable Data Collection Terminals - extends the warranty from 1 to 3 years for PDC products.

This service packages above covers the range of Datalogic and HandHeld products.

• Fixed Position Readers - All  - extends the warranty from 2 to 5 years for all fixed position products.

This service package covers the Datalogic 1000, 2000, 4000, 6000 & 8000 series readers.

A Scan-Care Extended Warranty Agreement gives you -

• An on-line RPA Request & Tracking facility
• Original manufacturers parts fitted.
• Priority turn-around. (Not guaranteed)
• All parts and labour are included*
