From the moment you apply for a Returns Product Authorisation (RPA) number, you are now able to track your repairs. You can see when your scanner has arrived at our facility and the progress through our repair centre

Use the facility with just 4 simple steps

Step 1 - Request a RPA number
To request a RPA number simply fill out the online barcode scanner repair form with your details and your barcode scanner(s) you wish to have repaired.

Step 2 - Return your product(s)
Shortly after requesting your RPA number online you will receive an email with your RPA number and Delivery Returns Note. Pack your barcode scanner and send it to us.

Step 3 - A Quotation will be provided

On receipt of the product we will assess how best to repair your barcode scanner and send a quotation for your approval. Only on the receipt of your approval will we continue to repair your barcode scanner.

Step 4 - Track your repair
Using your RPA number track your barcode scanner through the repair process. Simply enter the RPA number in the box and click go.
